My family and I had the pleasure of being served by Jay who took care of us from start to finish without missing a beat. Jay was able to balance many tables while always finding time to check in on us for anything we needed and was always on top of his game. The food was delicious as always and we left completely satisfied. Compliments to the chef, and compliments to Jay for his spectacular service.

Food is delicious, the anti- inflammatory menu is excellent for those who truly care about the quality of foods they are eating. I always leave here feeling good as opposed to some of the heaviness you can feel from eating foods at other places who use lesser (cheap) ingredients. This restaurant is a must for the health conscious! Or people who just want to enjoy a delicious meal without the gas

Really enjoy coming here. Food is delicious, atmosphere is fresh and welcoming and service really tops it off. Big shout-out to Jay, class-act server who really cares about you and your experience. I was here once many years ago and then again recently. Both times the food was delicious and filling. The cuisine is healthy and flavorful. I got the ancient grains bowl with steak. The pistachio pesto didn’t disappoint. The iced lavender matcha latte was excellent. Sweet, but not too sweet. Only complaint is that service was a little slow, but it wasn’t a big deal and we enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. Great spot!

All I can say is that this is very satisfying and clean food and the manager Rory was exceptional. There was an issue with a nut allergy and he came out and talked to us was super pleasant. Gave us a free meal and really seemed legitimately concerned and want to make it right And the drinks are to die for! This place is for people who have higher level taste buds, who understand what actual clean and fresh food is Update: Just had our second outing unfortunately due to an emergency meeting, we had to leave quick, but our server was Jay and he was super helpful really fast and quick to address everything ... plus he knew the menu very well and has his favorites that were great...this place is the best!

My experience at True Food Kitchen was perfect. Each time I go there, each and every staff member is so kind that it almost feels like family. Shout out to my waiter this time, Erica! The drink selections and teas are unique and invigorating. The food is very healthy and natural. Because of this, I am not uncomfortably full after eating. The spices, seasonings, and everything in between perfectly satisfy me. Seldomly do I finish my plate, but when I eat here, I finish it clean. The portions are excellent, ample for a full stomach. It is rare to see such a healthy desert menu. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, relaxed and comfortable. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly which is super helpful for my friends and I. Exquisite. I would rate a 10/10! Would recommend. Thank you for such great service!

This was my first visit to True Food, and I have to say, it truly exceeded my expectations! The dishes were absolutely amazing, bursting with fresh ingredients and satisfying flavors. I loved the variety—they have so much to choose from, which made the experience even better. The desserts? Simply delicious, especially with the extra flavors I added to make them even more delightful. Plus, the atmosphere was fantastic, with music and TV to keep me entertained. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The food and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. Service was quick. The old fashioned was AMAZING definitely recommend. I love how they had variety for people with all types of diets/restrictions
